Your personalized notes, timestamp bookmarks, and collection folders are saved directly onto your machine within the browser's sandbox environment. Minimal operational parameters are utilized strictly to maintain client stability:

• 📝 Stored Notes & Transcripts – Text strings, manual summaries, titles, customizable tags, and user structural records.
• 🔑 Third-Party AI Keys (Optional) – If you opt to run custom models, your personal credentials (e.g., Google AI Studio, Groq) are written solely into local sandbox arrays and are never collected by the developer.
• ⚙️ Environment States – Operational parameters like dashboard setup configurations, layout parameters, and tutorial milestones.

2. Data Processing Pipelines

Because VCrumb AI does not funnel your content pipelines through external proxy relay platforms, all processing configurations are kept secure:

• Notes & Library – Configured completely locally. Material only leaves your system when you initiate an explicit manual export action (Markdown/PDF formats).
• AI Feature Ingestion – Text selections or automated summary requests flow directly from your client canvas to the specified third-party API gateway. No intermediary systems intercept your workflows.

Aggregated, strictly anonymous metrics regarding generic click signals are processed securely over HTTPS protocols via Google Apps Script blocks to continuously optimize utility designs. No private knowledge values are ever passed to corporate tracking profiles or automated advertisement agencies.

3. Third-Party API Control

Advanced AI summary features are entirely opt-in. When linking your individual API accounts (Google, Groq, etc.), you are establishing a direct processing loop with that provider:

• Data packages contain strictly the text lines you actively submit for analysis.
• No adjacent peripheral data profiles (such as wider window parameters or long-term history records) are transmitted.
• You maintain absolute authority to tear down linked connection keys at any time through the configuration dashboard.

4. Absolute Control Vector

Because your generated knowledge repository lives directly on your computer, your data rights are immediate and absolute:

• Purge Workspace Elements – Wipe distinct notes or clear whole local collections in real-time.
• Revoke Keys – Disconnect all processing tokens immediately from the internal settings tray.
• Complete Erasure – Deleting the browser extension fully cleans all local state variables and configuration entries instantly.
